DOME has opened registration for a new class of Integrajovem, its apprenticeship program for young people in São João da Barra aged between 14 and 23. The initiative offerrs practical training and professional development opportunities, helping to prepare local youth for the job market.

Since the program’s creation, six classes have already been trained, totaling 45participants. Of these, more than 30% have been hired and are now part of DOME’s team, building their careers across different areas of the company.

One example is Claudia, a former apprentice who now works in DOME’s Warehouse. Reflecting on her experience, she shared:

“The program was the starting point of my career. Here I learned hands-on, was welcomed by the team, and today I’m proud to be part of Team DOME.”
