We are located at the Porto do Açu in São João da Barra (RJ). Prior scheduling is required to visit or access our facilities.
The access system is intended for individuals who need to enter the port complex for material deliveries, meetings, crew changes, technical visits, and other purposes. To ensure smooth access to the DOME Base, please follow these guidelines:
The Port Access Scheduling System is intended for individuals whitout a badge who need to enter the port complex for material deliveries, meetings, crew changes, visits related to any of the companies within the port complex, or other purposes.
Schedule your visit through the system. After approval, the visitor will receive a QR code to present at the access points.
Complete the safety briefing. This step is essential to familiarize yourself with our protocols and internal rules.
Present your visitor QR code at the gates of both the Porto do Açu and DOME.
Drivers and passengers, including during deliveries or crew changes, must wear the mandatory PPE as outlined in the Safety Briefing.
